They have the ability to lay eggs, poisonous heel spurs, the bill of a duck, the tail of a beaver, and what I think must be some luxurious fur all wrapped into one outstanding animal.

Besides being one of the most animal on the planet, platypi remind me of design; designers can take the best of aspects of different media and bring it together into a cohesive marketing message. With this duckbill-of-a-photograph and that beaver-tail-of-an-illustration combined, a designer can create a truly unique media animal.
